Do you mix paint?

We are licensed producers of Farrow & Ball paint and mix most finishes in our Devizes shop. Limewash and Soft Distemper are delivery only.

Can I collect my order?

Collection from our Devizes shop is free. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready, or call before travelling.

• Farrow & Ball paint: mixed in our shop. Limewash and Soft Distemper are delivery only.
• Farrow & Ball wallpaper, Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library: ordered from the supplier. We’ll confirm when your order arrives.

How much is UK delivery?

• Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library: free.
• Farrow & Ball: £5.95, or free when your Farrow & Ball items total £100 or more.
• Wallpaper samples ordered on their own: free.

What if I order different brands together?

Your order may arrive in separate deliveries. Farrow & Ball delivery charges are calculated separately from Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library.

You can choose from the delivery and collection options shown in your basket. Items may arrive or be ready to collect at different times.

When will my order arrive?

Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library paint and wallpaper: usually dispatched in 2–3 working days. Delivery can take up to 7 days after dispatch.

Farrow & Ball paint: delivery is usually 2–3 working days.

Farrow & Ball wallpaper rolls and samples: please allow 7 working days.

Check your product page for any specific lead time. Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays can occur. We’ll let you know as soon as we become aware of a delay. Please allow extra time if you’re ordering for a booked decorator.

Where possible, we reuse packaging, so the branding on your delivery box may differ from the products inside.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack orders carefully, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. Minor dents to a tin do not usually affect the paint, provided the tin remains sealed and there is no leakage.

If your order arrives damaged or you’re unsure whether it can be used, please email info@originalglory.co.uk with photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement where needed.

What if I change my mind?

Paint

Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library paint is tinted to order to your chosen colour and finish and cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including where goods are faulty or not as described.

Wallpaper

Unopened wallpaper rolls from all three brands can be returned within 28 days of delivery. There are no exclusions for specially ordered wallpaper.

You pay the return postage; we do not charge a restocking fee. We offer refunds, not exchanges, and issue refunds immediately after receiving the returned rolls.

What are your opening hours?

Monday–Friday: 8am–5pm
Saturday: 9am–4pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays: Closed

We also close between Christmas and New Year. Orders placed during our Christmas closure will be processed when we reopen in the New Year.
